Essential Retreat Hosting

For experienced retreat leaders who want a private, professionally managed venue with reliable operational support.

We provide the infrastructure. You lead and structure the retreat.

What group size can you host?

Retreat Hosting is designed for 7-16 guests. If your group is smaller, a curated or signature retreat format may be a better fit.

Is the estate fully private for our retreat?

Yes. The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group. No outside guests and no shared spaces.

What's the difference between Essential and Fully Supported?

Essential provides a professional venue and core operational support. Fully Supported adds collaborative planning, expanded coordination, and programming support.

Can we include ceremonies or wellness practitioners?

Yes. We coordinate ceremonies and wellness add-ons with cultural respect and logistical ease.

Do you help with transport and transfers?

Yes. We coordinate transfers from Guatemala City, including ground and boat logistics. Expanded coordination can also include local transportation support if needed.

Can we bring our own team?

Yes. You are welcome to bring assistants, co-facilitators, photographers, or support staff.

With 7 paying participants, one retreat leader is hosted by us.
With 12 paying participants, one additional co-facilitator is also hosted.
